Packaging
Fine Art Prints & Lino prints
For the standard sizes available under each listing, your order will be sent in reinforced flat packaging designed to protect your print. Each will include a thick backing board. Any custom orders that are larger in size will be sent in rolled packaging. If your order is rolled, please flatten it out as soon as possible after receiving it.
Original art work
Smaller pieces (up to A3) will be sent in flat reinforced packaging that will shipped with tracking. A tracking code will be sent to you once available.
Large and fragile pieces such as canvases, will be sent out in protective packing via courier delivery.

Shipment
UK Orders
Free shipping for UK deliveries. Please allow between 5-7 business days for delivery.
International Orders
For orders deliverer to outside the UK, shipping fees are £5. We aim for delivery within 7 business days but please allow up to 2 weeks in case of postal delays.
Please get in touch if you would like to request a faster shipment.
Via Courier
If your order requires delivery via courier (the listing will state this), please note this might take a few extra days and we will arrange delivery according to a convenient time for you. We will contact you to arrange this once you have placed your order.
Customs & Tarifs
Any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs applied by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the price of your order and must be paid on collection or delivery.
Returns Policy
Returns
As we are a small independent business, to protect the originality and integrity of our work, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
In the case of damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours, with photos of the damage, including the packaging. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we do want you to be satisfied with your order and will review all damage claims for replacements or refunds at our discretion.
Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped unfortunately we can't cancel your order. So please do get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.
